Rules and payout policy

Fair, trackable, and simple.

Referral must be submitted before or at the first introduction to JCG.
Client must be new to JCG and not already in our contacts, CRM, direct messages, inquiry forms, or active sales conversations.
Commission is based on eligible paid services only, not taxes, processing fees, refunds, discounts, or pass-through expenses.
Commission is disbursed 30 days after the referred client payment clears and remains in good standing.
No payout is due for duplicate leads, self-referrals, fake contacts, unauthorized contact sharing, chargebacks, refunds, or canceled work.
JCG may request payment details, tax information, or identity confirmation before disbursement.
